The first week we were in Thailand I had some kind of bug so wasn't feeling that great, but we still managed to have fun, and hang out with other friends in the area.
We rode around in Sung Taos (a truck with benches in the back) to and from dinner every night. Sometimes, in order to get a good price we would cram as many as 15-20 people in one. Sometimes if there wasn't enough room, we'd even hang off the back.
We went on river boat dinner rides, where you ate your meal by candle light, while floating down the somewhat polluted, yet still beautiful river.
After the first week Stacey and I went exploring around different parts of the city. First we went to see the elephants, at the Maesa camp. There was a baby (3yr old) that was all fuzzy- I think he was our favourite. We got to watch the elephants paint, play soccer, and even rode on one. After our ride we went to the gift shop, Stacey bought a painting done by an elephant, and we bought some paper made out of their poop- amazing really!
One evening we went to a cultural dinner. We sat on the floor and watched these Thai ladies with fake long fingernails dance around, while we ate fried chicked, fired bananas, and some other fun thai dishes.
One day we took a trip to the Doi Inthanon national park- it was BEAUTIFUL! There were these weird pagoda like temples that looked like something out of a MIB movie, and beautiful waterfalls.
The same guide that took us to the National Park, took us to long neck, big eared tribe. It was on this day that we also got to experience the snake farm!!! It was here that we met a man by the name "cobra man" who only had 4 fingers on one hand because his index finger had been bitten off by a cobra!!! It was this man that kissed on the snakes and let them try to take bites out of his crotch! I'm kind of surprised his finger wasn't the only thing that was bitten off!

oh yesssss so very sexy! that was the most ghettop thing i have ever seen but one of thehighlights of the trip oh and the joy of watching you fall 'up' and 'down' the stairs~!!!!! you got skills girl. love you and hope everyone enjoys the pics.

What? It was your birthday? Sorry, happy belated birthday! And didn't you just love that fried chicken and fried bananas and pork rinds dinner? Man just seeing that pic makes my mouth water, I would go back just for the food and skip out on the entertainment next time.
mmmmmmm i want some banana rotti right now!!!!! oh the craving is crazy!
