Ok so not a total success, but a small triumph. This is just a short post to notify everyone that although my last cooking attempt was pretty terrible, the second time round it was a LOT better. I know from the picture my food is still rather yellow looking, BUT most food here is brightly coloured. I think the key is having ALL the ingredients. By the time I leave this place who knows maybe I'll be a cooking mastermind!
