YEAY for PILATES.....and packages!

Since moving overseas exercise has proven a more difficult thing to accomplish. For awhile I didn't bother doing any, especially since it takes us at least 25-30mins to walk to town. However, that was until I found Pilates. I borrowed a friend's DVD and was instantly hooked! It's fun, and low impact so it doesn't bother my sketchy knee. After about 2 months of the one DVD I got a little bored and so I bought some others offline to supplement. -my friend was also asking for his DVD back. They were shipped to my dad's office and then sent to me along with some other wonderful things from America, like- decaff coffee, sugarfree gum, beef jerky-shhh don't tell anyone, and some other fun things.
I picked up the package from the post office and it proved a little more difficult to carry than originally anticipated. By the time we got back to our part of town my arms felt like they were about to fall off, so from watching some of the other locals, I figured there was a reason they carried so much on their heads. I asked April to help me put it on my head, and I figured I would give it a shot. I now understand why nationals carry stuff on their heads- because it's way easier than trying to carrying it in your arms. After April saw me carry the box up our hill, she also decided that she would give the head carrying this a go. Unfortnately the only thing left was the milk!!!
Along with the 8 Pilates DVDs I got a free excersise ring. After using it yesterday I feel like my legs are about to fall off! YEAY for Pilates and packages!

I'm really glad you got a package... that can always make your day! My cousin Nicole sent me to look at your blog. I think I may be coming somewhere near your way around the end of January...going to FPO tomorrow!
Blessings from a sister!,
